Operation instruction
* Power On:Pressing the operate button starts measurements or performs functions that are displayed.
* Calibration:Open the standard board box, measure the apparatus the mouth to put on the black quartz crystal standard board. Turning the Calibrate knob on the right, make reading of display screen accord with value of angle at the standard board.
* Regulation:Put the apparatus on another standard board box of white ceramic
board and work on the board. The value that the display screen shows should not be greater than the difference of white pottery board at this moment 1.5Gu.
* Measurement:Put the gloss meter onto the object, then the reading that display screen shows gloss value under this angle.
* Power Off:Auto Power off in 3 -5 minutes.
Safety instructions
* Should prevent the strong light from penetrating directly while using, otherwise influence the accuracy of measuring.
* Two standard boards that the instrument wears should keep clean , make sure not to touch the surface with the finger, if the surface has spots, will cause the instrumental error to strengthen and reading is inaccurate, can polish with the lens paper or the absolute alcohol.
* Because this instrument stability is extremely high, the instrument needn't be often the school definitely, after proposing using for 2 hours in succession, a standard once again.
* Please note that the capacity of the batteries is significantly lower ,when the light on the top of the display is red, you should be changed the batteries.
* Among the course of Calibration, if the wheel can not be achieve the result of the standard board. The reason is that optics lens of instrument pollute seriously, you can dip in with lens paper a little absolute alcohol polish scene at this moment, if still can't solve, the apron needing to turn on the instrument right side is debugged. First, finalize the bid knob to be counterclockwise to fasten finally instrument, then 2 clockwise rotation. 5 circle, measure instrument mouth is it in the standard board frame, regulate with small screwdriver circuit board right low blue enclose more electric potential device to put, counterclockwise to rotate number value reduce , clockwise rotation number value increase , until transfer get standard board mark definite value of board, install on the left side board, finish regulating.
